Close your eyes and visualize a white light coming from Source surrounding you in purity and protection, now visualize it piercing between all joints and sinews, delving deep within your heart Chakra-transmuting into a vibrant pink light of Love.
As the light deepens it expands outward, removing all blockages and pain,
Each negative experience is transformed in this light of love.
Chant this rhythmic mantra until you feel the dissolving of your ego self and worries fade into the distance.
Now slowly visualize the Earth, and expand out your consciousness allowing the view of galaxies to slip into view. Touch with your heart this feeling of expansion. Float in the free flow of Universal connection with Source.
Expanding out this beautiful vibrant pink light of love, allow the vibration of love to encompass all galaxies, surrounding and desolving all fears and negative habits and associations, transmuting them into the higher vibration of LOVE.
See the planets and galaxies whole and thriving! Know that you matter in this great vibrational shift toward greater enlightenment and peace throughout the Universe!
When you are ready, slowly bring yourself back to Earth and into the place where you sit. Breath back into your body and visualize pulling and wrapping all your lightbodies back into yourself, tucking them tightly around you.
Surround yourself once more with the Divine Light a white light of purity and the beautiful rose tinted light of love contained within.
slowly open your eyes and connect back with your 3D reality on Earth.
